Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return

We do NOT provide any return or exchange policy on our SALE products and Gift cards.

Key Conditions for Returns 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. 

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

To start a return, email us at gymyak28@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage or Defective Items 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at gymyak28@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly. 

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Personalized or custom items 

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) 

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases) 

For specific concerns about your item, feel free to email us. 

Exchange 

To exchange an item, first request a return for your original item. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product. 

Refunds 

After inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
